Warehouse Relocation Clearance Sale – Terms & Conditions

Best Beds is relocating its warehouse and, as part of this transition, is offering a strictly limited clearance sale with heavily discounted prices across our premium mattress and bed base range. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By participating in this sale, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Sale Overview

This clearance sale is being held exclusively to reduce existing stock levels in preparation for our warehouse relocation. All sale prices are final and apply only while stock lasts. This is a one-time clearance event and stock will not be replenished.

  • Sale is available online and in-store (by appointment or walk-in viewing — see Section 5).
  • All items are sold on a first come, first served basis.
  • Stock is very limited — once sold, items will not be restocked.
  • Best Beds reserves the right to modify, extend, or end the sale at any time without prior notice.

2. Coupon Code Requirement

To receive the special clearance sale pricing, customers must apply coupon code RELOCATION70 at checkout. Sale prices will not be applied without this valid coupon code.

  • Coupon code: RELOCATION70
  • The coupon code is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
  • If you experience any issues applying the code, please contact us at hello@bestbeds.com.au before completing your purchase.
  • Best Beds reserves the right to withdraw or modify the coupon code at any time.

3. Pricing & Stock Availability

  • All discounted prices are applied at checkout upon entry of the coupon code RELOCATION70.
  • Stock is very limited. Product availability is not guaranteed and items may sell out without notice.
  • Best Beds reserves the right to change sale pricing at any time and without prior notice.
  • In the event of a pricing error, Best Beds reserves the right to cancel or amend the order and issue a full refund.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this clearance sale, our standard return policy does not apply. The following strict return conditions are in effect for all clearance sale purchases:

  • All sales are final. No change-of-mind returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is confirmed to be faulty or defective upon delivery.
  • Faulty item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence submitted to hello@bestbeds.com.au.
  • Approved faulty returns will be offered a replacement (subject to stock availability) or store credit at Best Beds’ discretion.
  • Your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by these terms.

5. Showroom Viewing

We warmly welcome customers to view sale items in person before purchasing.

  • Walk-in hours: Wednesday 6th May – Saturday 10th May 2026, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • By appointment: Available between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM on the same dates, subject to availability. Not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Viewing does not reserve stock. Items are only secured upon completed purchase.
  • Best Beds reserves the right to adjust viewing hours without prior notice.

6. Shipping Policy

Delivery is available within the Melbourne metropolitan area only during the clearance sale period.

  • Shipping outside of Melbourne is not available for sale items.
  • Delivery timeframes will be confirmed at the time of purchase and are subject to our relocation schedule.
  • Delivery fees may apply depending on your location within Melbourne and will be advised before your order is confirmed.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Best Beds is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed and payment has been processed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Best Beds reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of the coupon code, with a full refund issued.

8. Best Beds’ Right to Amend Sale Terms

Best Beds reserves the right to alter, suspend, or terminate this clearance sale — including pricing, stock availability, coupon codes, viewing hours, and these terms — at any time and without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
