Delivery & Collection

Choose collection from Best Beds in Epping or Melbourne delivery for eligible orders. Delivery is arranged after your order is placed so bulky items can be handled correctly.

Melbourne bulky-item delivery

$95 for up to two bulky items in one combined order to one eligible Melbourne address.

Each mattress, bed frame or bed base counts as one bulky item. For orders containing more than two bulky items, each additional bulky item is $40.

After your order is placed, Best Beds will contact you to arrange delivery and confirm any additional delivery charge where applicable.

Pillows and smaller items

Melbourne delivery for pillows and smaller items starts from $19. Available delivery options depend on the order and destination.

Entry is via the Caltex service lane on Cooper Street. Parking is available. We will confirm collection arrangements for your order.

Made-to-order products

Australian-made mattresses and bed bases supplied to order must first complete production. Pickup or delivery is arranged once the product is ready.
