One of Haven's most important construction features is the solid lift-up mattress platform.

Instead of placing the mattress over widely spaced exposed slats, Haven provides a broad, continuous surface beneath the mattress. This gives the upper section of the bed a cleaner, more substantial construction and creates a much more finished separation between the mattress above and the storage compartment below.

Full Under-Bed Storage, Completely Concealed

Lift the mattress platform and the space beneath the bed becomes a large concealed storage area suitable for spare bedding, quilts, seasonal clothing and other bedroom items.

When the platform is lowered, the storage disappears completely from view. There are no external storage drawers interrupting the clean lines of the bed, and no additional floor space is required beside the frame to pull drawers open.
